Nestled within the picturesque Kingston Plantation, this ocean-view condo boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and spans 1700 heated square feet. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and complimentary high-speed wireless internet. The kitchen is fully stocked with essential cookware and utensils. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room features a sleeper sofa. Recent upgrades include new swivel chairs, a dining set, mattresses, toilets, and balcony furniture.

**Please be aware that this privately owned condominium does not grant access to the splash park.**

As each property in Kingston Plantation is independently owned, bed configurations may vary. In this unit, you'll find a king bed in the master, two queen beds in the second bedroom, and two queen beds in the third bedroom. Additionally, there's a pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

Housekeeping Fee Inclusions:
The housekeeping fee covers departure cleaning services and linens. Linens provided include towels and washcloths per bed, hand towels, bath mats, kitchen hand towels, and kitchen dish rags. Additionally, a starter supply of toilet paper in each bathroom and paper towels in the kitchen is included.

House Parties and Groups:
House parties and groups with members under 25 years of age are prohibited. We only rent to non-family groups if all members are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation of age by groups will not qualify for refunds.

  Our family is a repeat customer of South Hampton 305. The condo is so spacious and is perfect for our adult children to have their own space. I love the new check-in process and not having to go to the rental office at another location to pick up the key. They also had the condo ready for us to check in early. There was even a beach chair in the closet this time that we took advantage of. The location is perfect. I highly recommend staying here.

  This condo is perfect. Beautiful comfortable furnishings. New beds and couches are so comfortable. Owners supply everything you need in the kitchen and laundry areas. So clean. Just a perfect beach condo. Our return visits to the area will most definitely be at this condo. Thank you to the homeowners for sharing their lovely home!
  
  The only feedback for the management company is regarding the check in and check out process. The website does not state that the key pick up and drop off location is located 15 away from the property. Luckily the wonderful condo made up for this inconvenience. A keypad on the door or a lockbox on the property would really make the process streamlined.

  This is a great condo in an excellent location. This was my 3rd time staying in the Kingston Plantation area and it was a great experience once again. We will be back! There were a couple of minor inconveniences with the condo, one of which was the refrigerator wasn't cooling properly but we contacted maintenance and they took care of it immediately. Overall I am very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend!

  I was very pleased with the unit. The set up and amenities in the unit were excellent. My only complaints are I could not pick up and drop off the keys on site. The internet was intermittent. At times it worked fine and other times you could not get on or lost it if you were on. While the listing mentions 11 pools, spas, pool side activities health and sports comlex and tennis courts. These were not available to us since we did not rent from Hilton. While other pools were open when we arrived we could only use South Hamptons pool which did not open until our last 2 days.

  The Condo is conveniently located in Kingston Plantation clos to shopping, Restaurants golf courses and the right on the beach. The condo was clean and equipped with four large flat screen TV's and a DVD player and necessary linens, cutlery, dishes and appliances.
