MARGATE TOWER 2401 4BR 3 BA DIRECT OCEANFRONT

This condo boasts quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances in its spacious kitchen, complemented by a new washer and dryer conveniently located off the kitchen. A fresh dining table with bench seating was installed in early summer 2020, while the main living area flaunts all-new furniture, providing ample seating for a large family. Every bed in the condo has been outfitted with new mattresses, enhancing comfort. Additionally, the condo showcases stunning new hardwood floors and has been treated to a fresh coat of paint.

Throughout the condo, generous 9-foot ceilings contribute to an open and bright ambiance. The lavish master suite opens onto a balcony, capturing gentle ocean breezes. The professionally designed kitchen features solid surface countertops and a roomy pantry. Upon stepping through the wood double entry doors into the foyer, guests immediately recognize the uncompromising elegance of The Margate. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second and third bedrooms, and two double over full bunk beds in the fourth bedroom. Please note that this condo is privately owned and does not provide access to the Embassy Suites Splash park.

While every effort is made to ensure the availability of amenities, we cannot guarantee their operation during your stay. Additionally, motorcycles, trailers, and golf carts are not permitted on the grounds.

Included in the housekeeping fee are departure cleaning services and linens. Linen provisions consist of 4 towels and washcloths per king, queen, or full bed, and 2 towels and washcloths per twin bed. Each bathroom is supplied with 2 hand towels and 1 bathmat, while the kitchen is equipped with 1 hand towel and 1 dish rag. Guests will also receive a starter roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen.

Please note that house parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We only rent to non-family groups if ALL members are 25 years of age or older. Misrepresentation of age by groups will not qualify for refunds.

  We have stayed here the past 6 years and love it. The property is clean and well maintained. We have stayed for a long period of time so occasionally something needs to be fixed or replaced. It is rare but the managing service is great at responding quickly.
  The condo has an amazing view and wide balcony to enjoy it. Expansive views of the beach and ocean and a nice view from the bedrooms of the city lights in the distance at night.
  Just steps from a great beach. I love walk and running and this beach is perfect for that. A wide beach with hard packed sand that goes for miles.
  I would highly recommend this to anyone.

  Our Margate condo exceeded our expectations. It definitely wowed us as we opened the double doors to a large sunlit open floorplan that looked onto a wrap around porch overlooking the Atlantic. Vacation MB office was easy to work with and extremely accommodating. Our property
  Was centrally located to activities for everyone. The Track, an amazing go cart park, was a hit with our teens and adults.
  Some of our group took advantage of surfing lessons about 15 minutes away
  while others relaxed on the beach. Can't forget the Apache Pier,the longest pier on the east coast. Not only were the personel at Margate friendly, but the guests were very friendly. I think that says a lot about a property.

  We had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach with our family. This condo had a great location, even though it is off the strip we didn’t even mind! The kids just played at the beach all day everyday. Having a pier nearby is also nice to walk out on. The condo itself was clean and provided all that we needed. I would stay here again with my family. The Margate Tower is very nice!

  The property was better than expected. Great view of the beach, large, open floor plan, and enough space for our group of ten.
  
  There is a pool, hot tub, and covered parking structure. The beach is an elevator ride down and a few feet from the pool entrance. There is also a Starbucks located in the Hilton Hotel just a block away. You are a 25 minute drive to the boardwalk in Myrtle Beach, and roughly the same to North Myrtle. The condo is a couple of miles off of Kings Highway, which has food, shopping, and entertainment.
  
  We will be visiting this property again in the future. You can book directly thru the vacation rental company instead of a third party. It saves you money.

  This is our third year coming to this condo. It’s an amazing view and location. The rental company and owner are very easy to work with. The owner is also doing some updates in the unit which will make it even better.

  Nice place but the only complaint we had was it was advertised for 10 people but had 2-6 inch pans for cooking . We cook alot so this is the first time we have stayed at Margate that did not have a very well equipped kitchen.

  Huge open space, large floor plan. Decor and TV are a bit dated in comparison to other units, but in fairness the cost was appropriately priced. Great views from very large balconies.
