This spacious efficiency ocean view condominium at the Grand Atlantic Ocean Resort is located in the most desirable and central location of Myrtle Beach. This 6th floor unit has a lovely view with two queen beds, a small refrigerator, coffee maker and TV. Located on the 6th floor, you can park your car in the covered parking garage and walk directly to your condo without having to wait for an elevator! Plus, the Grand Atlantic is one of very few oceanfront resorts that offers enclosed hallway access to each unit---during the winter months, you can leave your condo, take an elevator to the bottom floor and access the beautiful indoor pool, indoor kiddie pool, indoor lazy river, indoor hot tub and the fitness center without ever stepping foot outdoors!

*This condo has one parking pass issued by the resort. No other passes are available either from us or the Grand Atlantic Resort.*

Grand Atlantic is a great resort for year round vacationing. The resort's amenities include a beautiful indoor heated swimming pool, 170 foot indoor heated lazy river with rafts, and a large indoor heated kiddie pool with mushroom waterfall and bubbling fountains. Outside, the resort boasts a 65' outdoor pool and another kiddie pool with mushroom waterfalls. Chaise lounges surround the outdoor pools, and a well-kept lawn area with chaise lounges provides additional space for sunning! The resort also offers a mini mart and a fitness center.

We know that you will enjoy your Grand Atlantic vacation whether you're relaxing on the beach or experiencing the numerous activities Myrtle Beach and the Grand Atlantic have to offer. Linens included are as follows: 4 towels, 4 washcloths per king, queen, or full bed. 2 towels, 2 washcloths per twin bed. 2 hand towels and 1 bathmat per bathroom. 1 kitchen hand towel and 1 kitchen dish rag. You will also receive a starter roll of toilet paper in ever bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen. ***

House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

  Check in is off-property but super-easy, and place was immaculate. Everything in working order, great little convenient place on property called Scooby's with everything on the menu for a quick bite, snack or drink. Easy beach and pool access. Nice little lazy river. Super-responsive host. Great get-away for 3 nights for my husband and I. Bring some paper cups for coffee, some plastic ware for leftovers and you will be golden! There is a small coffee maker and a Kureg just bring what you desire. Fridge is good-sized, microwave and there is a Nostalgia breakfast station with a toaster oven and small griddle. Balcony too! Parking we did not utilize, but its literally on the same level so if you need that, its right there!
