NOTE: In addition to the normal housekeeping departure clean our cleaners have added to their routine the proper sanitation of highly touched services which are not limited to: door handles, light switches, remotes, alarm clocks, dresser knobs, décor, lamps, thermostats, phones, hangers and irons. Gloves and masks are worn at all times and the cleaning agents used are those recommended by the CDC.

This condo is appointed nicely with 1 king in the master and 1 queen in each of the remaining two rooms. It will accommodate 6 guest very comfortably. Linens included are as follows: 4 towels, 4 washcloths per king, queen, or full bed. 2 towels, 2 washcloths per twin bed. 2 hand towels and 1 bathmat per bathroom. 1 kitchen hand towel and 1 kitchen dish rag. You will also receive a starter roll of toilet paper in ever bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen. ***

House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

The property was excellently clean,any issues was taken care of immediately, so peaceful,warming,welcoming and just as described!I lived my dream stay to the point that I didn't want to leave! My 11 year old Grandson loved it and he don't like staying away from home at all, but he loves and loved staying here! This is our 3rd time staying and each time we didn't want to leave! God is good!   Stayed during Xmas holiday. Overall a clean space. However lack of soap in the bathrooms was weird. It was cooler during our stay wished they had thicker blankets. Kitchen had good basic amenities. Elevator to the 3rd floor apartment was super helpful.
