The oceanfront master bedroom features a king bed and direct access to a huge wrap-around balcony, where you can relax and take in the sights and sounds of the shoreline. The second bedroom offers twin bunk beds and an additional twin bed, the third bedroom includes a full size bed, and the fourth bedroom features two additional full size beds, making this condo ideal for families or groups.

Inside, you’ll enjoy modern comforts such as smart TVs in every room, a full-size washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, providing plenty of space to gather, cook, and unwind.

- This is a non-smoking building, including balconies (smoking permitted only in designated areas).

**Motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, and pets are not allowed on the premises**.

The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.

House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.
